User Agreement
You (the user) can access ieccodeonline.in (the "Site"), subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed / updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of CA ON WEB PVT LTD as set out below. The term of this Agreement shall continue and would be in force till the time you access this site & its services and you agree that you are bound by the terms as mentioned herein. Nothing in these Terms of Service should be construed to confer any rights on you or any third party beneficiaries.
Eligibility and registration

When applying for IEC CODE online, in addition to entering your own personal information, you may be asked to enter personal information of your dependents. Information collected on the ieccodeonline.in website is stored & used to prepare and electronically apply for IEC CODE, as well as notify you when new/enhanced products and services become available. We do not disclose user's information (including email address) to third parties except when the user requests to utilize services from other service providers. In just case, we will disclose information to the appropriate government officials if the law so compels us
Only information you have given us (including email address) is stored by us. We do not supplement your information with information from other companies. The exception to this would be when your employer/Existing Service Provider has bought the services/products for bulk use for its employees/ Customers and to facilitate that we may upload information provided by your employer/ Existing Service Provider.
When you use services and other tools on our Web sites that may or may not require registration, ieccodeonline.in may collect non-identifiable data from such tools, to help us customize offers and tools to your particular interests. ieccodeonline.in will not record or track any data you enter into standalone tools in any way that identifies you personally, unless we specifically inform you that we are doing so at the time you provide such data.
In case of changes in DGFT Rules and Regulations & procedures we would try our best to incorporate the same on the site at the earliest however we do not take responsibility to always update our web site or the service/s offered instantly, at times it may take time or we may not consider to update the same for a reason, the decision of CA ON WEB PVT LTD would be final. A maximum relief granted in such an event would be subject to the payment you have made for that service or product after deducting Government fees and any expense did in relation to services, which we may refund to you & that ieccodeonline.in or CA ON WEB PVT LTD would be deemed to have discharged its limited liability towards you.
